Minister Johnson Smith’s meeting with Diaspora Youth and Business Representatives
Senator the Honourable Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, looks at a solar cell produced by GENNEX Elite, with co-founder of the company, Nathaniel Peat, during his Courtesy Call recently at the Ministry’s Dominica Drive Headquarters.
Mr. Peat, a second generation Jamaican in the United Kingdom (UK), informed the Minister that the renewable energy source manufacturing company, with operations in Africa, UK and China – has hosted solar-product-assembly workshops in rural Jamaica.
